Goldfields

Just 1.7% of the Goldfields bioregion is within the Glenelg Hopkins region at Ararat. This includes the Ararat Hills Regional Park, which provides habitat for several nationally listed orchids, as well as the powerful owl, speckled warbler and brush-tailed phascogale.
